Digital Twin Product Schedule
Effective date: 2026-03-25
1. Scope
Digital Twin provides simulation, layout and flow modeling, scenario analysis, and decision-support outputs for industrial and operational environments.
The agreed scope should identify the modeled process, plant area, scenario range, data sources, deliverables, and whether the engagement is software access, project delivery, or both.
2. Out of scope
This product is not:
- a CAD system,
- a real-time production-control system,
- a guarantee of exact real-world outcomes,
- an autonomous decision maker,
- a substitute for engineering sign-off, safety review, or physical implementation.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer remains responsible for:
- source data, assumptions, and process inputs,
- business validation of process logic,
- review of scenarios and outputs,
- investment and operational decisions,
- downstream implementation of recommendations,
- engineering, safety, and compliance sign-off for real-world changes.
4. Dependencies
Digital Twin depends on customer-provided layout, process, and operational data, agreed model boundaries, scenario design, and any integrations or project-delivery assumptions stated in the commercial documents.
5. Variability clause
Capabilities, features and deployment models may vary depending on configuration, region and agreed scope.
6. AI disclaimer
Where Digital Twin includes AI-assisted recommendations, summaries, or scenario interpretation, outputs are probabilistic and should not be treated as the sole basis for critical engineering, operational, financial, or safety decisions.
7. No guarantee clause
DBR77 provides tools and recommendations. Business outcomes are not guaranteed.
